    Explanation of Benefits comes to the my Sun Life mobile app

    We’re continuing to enhance the digital experience for your employees, offering the information they want, where they want it. Starting December 5, 2021, they’ll see their explanation of benefits (EOB) for recent claims on the my Sun Life mobile app. Right now, the EOB only appears when they’re using mysunlife.ca. This update will put more of the information they want at their fingertips.

    Unpaid caregivers: new research on “supporting the supporters”

    Unpaid caregiving – provided to those with a health condition or aging-related needs – is widespread in Canada. Usually this is support given to family members, including parents, adult siblings and others. Unpaid or informal caregivers provide up to 75% of care for those aged 65 and over.
