An improved claims experience on the mobile app

When we process a claim, there’s a code and remark. The EOB remark provides your employees with information on how and why we evaluated their claim. As of December 5, they won’t have to wait for the paper statement or go online to see the notes. They'll be able to see them on their mobile app.

The EOB will appear for recent completed claims

For any claims that are in progress, including Disability claims, we’ll include a message on their mobile app. The message will ask them to return once we’ve completed the claim in process or visit mysunlife.ca.
