We offer specialized multinational pooling solutions for global employers with benefits plans in various countries through our participation in the Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) Network4.

What is multinational pooling? (MNP)

MNP is a financial tool to allow multinational companies to combine their employee benefits contracts for their subsidiaries around the world into one centralized account.

Who are these products for?

We can offer group benefits solutions through the GEB Network to:

  • Sun Life Financial plan sponsors who want to provide group benefits coverage to a group of foreign nationals (foreign employees working in their own country for a division or subsidiary of a Canadian business).
  • Global companies interested in multinational pooling arrangements to manage their benefits costs globally.
  • Global companies based outside Canada who want to provide group benefits coverage to their Canadian employees working in Canada.

Global vision, local perspective

We take a partnership approach – with our Clients and with GEB – so we can take advantage of the GEB Network partners’ local expertise in more than 100 countries.
