Visible on both the my Sun Life mobile app and mysunlife.caElla ‘nudges’ plan members to take action on important dates and opportunities. She highlights important deadlines, cost-savings, and product offerings.

These nudges have resulted in a 50% increase in plan member interaction with their benefits plan. A majority of plan members report positive outcomes from suggestions from Ella.

From January 2022 to September 2023 plan members interacted with the nudges from Ella a total of 2.6M times. That’s over 2 million times plan members had the opportunity to get support or more value from their benefits plan.
