That’s why, as of February 1, 2021, we’re making it easier to register for Lumino Health Virtual Care, powered by Dialogue.

This means, there’ll be fewer steps in the registration process for members registering for the first time:

  • Employees will no longer need their Sun Life contract number and plan member ID to register for Lumino Health Virtual Care.
  • However, they will continue to use their name, date of birth, email address and postal code to register.

Only plan members and dependents registering for the first time will experience the new registration flow. These updates won't affect members who've already registered.

We’ve also updated our online Lumino Health Virtual Care resources. Please review and share the relevant materials with your employees.
