Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada purchases units of the funds listed below, which are established as segregated funds under the Insurance Companies Act (Canada).
In January 2023, TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM) announced the launch of TD Global Investment Solutions (TD GIS). TD GIS is a new global distribution identity. TDAM established TD GIS to market its expertise across asset classes to institutional investors globally.
Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (Epoch), an established asset manager in the U.S. market with global distribution capabilities, is an affiliate of TDAM. TDAM and Epoch will come together under the new global name (TD Global Investment Solutions) to leverage their combined capabilities.
The new name will be reflected in publications, websites and client reporting in early 2023. Investment leadership, philosophies, processes and dedicated teams to the two investment franchises will remain unchanged.
