On February 14, 2021, we’re replacing My Health Choice (MHC) with Health Coverage Choice (HCC). We’re also replacing Personal Health Insurance-Direct (PHID) with Personal Health Insurance (PHI). HCC and PHI have the same product features and pricing as MHC and PHID but offer more plan options.
How will your employees benefit?
- HCC and PHI offer more options and flexibility to help meet their needs when they leave your plan.
- They’ll have access to the same personal health insurance products.
Good to know
- These product changes won’t affect anyone with a MHC or PHID policy before February 14.
- Our online self-serve apps and website will be updated with HCC product details. A new online app for PHI will be available on sunlife.ca in March 2021.
