We’ve made a proactive decision to slightly defer the transition to ESC until November 2022. This will be for all Clients, including Clients with Deferred Payment Drug Cards. This decision was made by putting you, and your plan members at the centre of everything we do. Having all Clients move at the same time helps ensure a smooth and easy transition for everyone by streamlining all communications and operations.

This means that we will also defer our communication campaign to plan members. We have an extensive communications plan to share this news with plan members, that includes a dedicated website and a toolkit for you to leverage within your organization. More detailed information including the updated timing and a revised plan member toolkit will be available in the coming weeks.
