We're now offering the Sponsor Request Centre to a selected group of Clients to start the full rollout. We’re happy to inform that you’re a part of that group. Starting December 14, you’ll see the Sponsor Request Centre when you log in to the Plan Sponsor Services website.

With the Sponsor Request Centre, you can:

  • Submit all new enrolments and stay up to date on progress.
  • Submit non-financial updates to your members’ information.
  • Upload beneficiary forms.

You’ll have access to request history for 2 years.
