We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Lumino Health Centre on mysunlife.ca. This change takes effect on August 31, 2020 at no additional cost to you.
This launch embeds the Lumino Health platform into our secure site. Lumino Health, an innovation from Sun Life, helps Canadians find health and wellness information to support their health journey.
We understand that your plan members’ needs are diverse and always changing. Wellness resources are important to you and your plan members. We want to continually offer resources that meet your changing needs.
Lumino Health Centre makes it easier for plan members to find the tools and resources relevant to them. It offers plan members access to Canada’s largest network of providers, credible health content, and discounts and offers. By making it even more accessible, we’re making it easier for plan members to live healthier lives.
Features and benefits of Lumino Health Centre
- Regularly updated wellness and mental health content.
- Resources and solutions that members can access based on their unique needs. Read articles, watch videos, listen to podcasts and more.
- Sections dedicated to Fitness and Lifestyle, Family Health, Mental Health, Diet and Nutrition, Virtual and Home Health, Aging and Caregiving.
- Access to Lumino Provider Search.
- Canada's largest network of providers with access to over 150,000 health professionals.
- Find and book psychologist, physiotherapists, naturopaths, dentists, and more.
- Information on cost for health-care providers in your area.
- A new section called Lumino Resources & Offers replaces Marketplace. This change only applies if you have turned on the Marketplace feature for your plan members.
- Plan members can browse exclusive discounts on health-care solutions. Categories include Vision & Hearing, Medical Products & Resources, Mental Wellness, and more!
- More than triple the offers! This section now includes a number of vendors previously only available through Luminohealth.ca See “Additional Resources” section below for a full list of vendors. Look for these changes on both mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app.
Plan members can also share the same Lumino Health content with their friends and family. Luminohealth.ca is available to all Canadians.
