We recognize that plan members may face financial confidence challenges when considering moving their investments. In response to these challenges, we’ll be implementing improvements to better support members through the process of combining their outside savings with their Sun Life plan.

In the coming weeks, plan members who abandon the Asset Consolidation tool before completing the process will receive an email offering them additional support. The email will outline the benefits of asset consolidation and encourage them to continue using the digital tool or seek further assistance if needed.


This enhancement will begin on February 20th, 2024.
