On August 12, we communicated several changes related to SunAdvantage my savings. Many of you voiced concerns on behalf of your plan members about the introduction of a low balance fee. One of your key concerns was the ongoing uncertainty that you and your plan members continue to face and the timing of the introduction of the new plan member fee. Many are still struggling with pandemic impacts.

Your feedback is important and as such we are holding off any low balance fee changes to all SunAdvantage members (existing and new) until at least January 1, 2026.  All other product changes communicated in August will continue as planned.

We greatly appreciate your ongoing feedback. We’ll be sending your plan members an updated communication to confirm this change later this month.
