Starting December 24, 2019, we began sending email alerts to plan members if they had the auto-rebalancing feature “turned on” and their account had been auto-rebalanced. This is a way to keep them informed about their accounts. It also helps to promote the auto-rebalancing feature on mySunLife.ca.

Auto-rebalancing means that their investments were automatically adjusted so their portfolio continues to match their target investment mix. Depending on how the plan is set up, auto-rebalancing could occur monthly, quarterly or annually.
