Impact on plan members

As mentioned in our previous communication, for most plan members, the updated practices will not affect how we reimburse them for their dental claim expenses.

We will communicate these changes to plan members as a notification in the message centre on mysunlife.ca. In this communication, we encourage plan members to speak to their dentist if they see a change in their repayment.

Our new administrative practices will help ensure long-term plan sustainability.

We have communicated these changes to all Dentists, the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) and the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec (ACDQ).
