The contest runs October 1, 2021 - November 15, 2021. Plan members who sign into the app during that time will be able to win one of four prizes:
- Grand prize: $6,000 CAD in gift cards to the grocery store of their choice.
- Bonus prizes: 1 of 3 $500 CAD gift cards to a grocery store of their choice.
If applicable, plan members can also earn a bonus entry by scheduling an appointment using Lumino Provider Search.
