If you’re already a Lumino Health Virtual Care EAP Client, you have access to the Critical Incident Response (CIR) service. As part of our EAP services, CIR provides flexible support and psychological first aid to plan members for traumatic events that occur in the workplace. The service comes at an additional cost. The current rate is $235 per hour plus applicable taxes and is subject to change. You can reach out to your service team to confirm the rate in the future.

  • 23% are concerned about confidentiality
  • 21% don’t know how to access the service
