Starting in February, all SunAdvantage renewal packages will include a new page with information on Non-Evidence Maximums. If the Client qualifies for an increase, we’ll offer the increase in the package. Your Account Executive will be happy to discuss any impact on pricing.

If the Client chooses the NEM increase, it will apply to all members in the same class. This increase will also apply to members previously declined for coverage above the NEM. This means that all covered members will benefit from the new NEM.

If you have an ongoing renewal where the package did not include the NEM page, contact your Account Executive to discuss available options for your Client.
