What will plan members receive as part of this campaign?

An email. There will be 2 versions:

  1. “Add beneficiary”: for plan members who have no beneficiary named to their benefits.
  2. “Review beneficiary”: for plan members who have already named beneficiaries for their benefits. The email will encourage them to review the information online to make sure it’s up to date.

Interstitial message and Active alert tile on the mysunlife.ca home page. These messages will remind plan members to name or review their beneficiary.
