New digital updates to help make things easier!

We’ve added a new and improved search feature to our Lumino Provider Search! They’ll now have a drop-down menu of suggestions when searching for a provider when making medical and vision claims. We’ve also created a new paramedical appointment duration setting where they can add different time slots (30, 60, 90 minutes and custom times).

These enhancements support:

• Faster reimbursement, the first time
• Submitting claims
• A Best in Health digital experience

Share these new additions with your Clients. It’ll help them have a Best in Health digital experience. We’ll be adding more digital enhancements in the fall. Stay tuned!
