This spring, eligible plan members can look forward to an exciting contest – the Win FREE Groceries Contest! This contest will encourage the adoption of our digital tools and services by promoting the use of mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app.
Eligible plan members can enter from April 1–30, 2024, and May 1–31, 2024, for two chances to win. If plan members do not already have an account or are unregistered, they must create their account on mysunlife.ca or the my Sun Life mobile app to enter.
To enter the monthly draws, plan members can earn one (1) entry each month by signing in during the months of April and May. Plan members will have the chance to win one of the following prizes:
- April grand prize: One set of grocery store gift cards valued at $5,000 CAD.
- May grand prize: One set of grocery store gift cards valued at $5,000 CAD.
Plan members will receive confirmation of their entry via the secure site and/or the my Sun Life mobile app once they’ve signed in. They’ll receive a combination of the following promotions about the contest:
- An alert on the mysunlife.ca homepage in March to notify plan members of the contest coming soon.
- Mobile notification on the my Sun Life mobile app in March to notify plan members of the contest coming soon.
- An April initial email sent at the beginning of the contest period announcing the start of the contest.
- A May reminder email to remind plan members of the double chance to win.
- A reminder email sent mid-May to select members to encourage participation.
- A message on the mysunlife.ca home page.
- Mobile notification on the my Sun Life mobile app.
- Promotion of the contest via social media (Facebook and Instagram ads).
Sun Life’s digital tools make it easier for plan members to take charge of their plan, including submitting claims online or through the app.
