We make it easy with industry-first innovations such as e-claims – a fast, convenient process that electronically deposits payments typically within 24 to 48 hours. The evolution continues with our convenient mobile app for claims.

e-Payment Standard

We’ve dropped the paper to make the plan member experience even better! Sun Life Financial’s e-Payment Standard service means that plan members of new and renewing plan sponsors will receive their benefit claims payment by direct deposit and they can view their claims statement online. No more waiting for cheques or paper claim statements in the mail. Reimbursement to plan members’ bank accounts is typically made within 48 hours when claims are submitted electronically.
