Kerry-Ann Bent

Kerry-Ann Bent is Assistant Vice-President, Strategy & Community Impact, Office of the President, Sun Life Canada. In this role, she supports the President of Sun Life Canada and the Canadian Executive Team in advancing key business priorities and driving enterprise alignment and execution. She also leads Community Impact, Sustainability and Indigenous Relations across Canada, cultivating partnerships and programs that deepen our impact in communities and support long-term well-being, helping integrate these priorities into business strategy and decision-making.

Kerry-Ann is a strategic and transformational leader with more than 20 years of experience across the financial services and technology sectors. Since joining Sun Life in 2014, she has held increasingly senior leadership roles within Canadian Operations, leading large cross-functional teams through business transformation, service modernization and performance improvement initiatives. Her work has contributed to meaningful improvements in Client experience, operational efficiency, productivity and service delivery across complex operations.

Kerry-Ann's commitment to building stronger communities extends beyond her work at Sun Life. She served as Past Chair and current Board Member of Parents for Community Living in Waterloo Region, where she helped advance the organization's mission of empowering children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through inclusive, person-centred programs and services.
