Employee Life insurance

Offers some financial protection to your employees’ beneficiaries when they pass away.

Dependent Life

Provides financial coverage if the plan member’s spouse or dependent child passes away.

Short Term Disability (STD)

Plan members receive income protection if they're injured or have an illness that prevents them from performing their own occupation. Financial protection is generally from 6 to 26 weeks.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)

In case of loss of speech, eyesight or hearing, loss of limbs, or paralysis resulting from an accident, we offer financial compensation to the plan member.  In case of accidental death, we provide financial compensation to their beneficiaries.

Long Term Disability (LTD)

Provides benefits to plan members after Short-Term Disability ends.  During the first 2 years, we pay income replacement benefits when the employee is unable to perform the essential duties of their own occupation. Following this period, the test for total disability changes.  We consider if the employee can perform any occupation for which they’re reasonably qualified by training, education, and experience.

Extended Health Care (EHC)

These benefits help plan members, and their dependents pay for medical expenses that aren't covered by their provincial plan.  This coverage is mandatory in Quebec.  It includes:

Offers comprehensive dental coverage for plan members. Most of our dental plans include:

Spending accounts

Critical Illness

Protects plan members if they’re diagnosed with a life-threatening illness (cancer, heart attack or stroke etc.) by providing them with a lump-sum payment, following a survival period.
