We’re introducing another layer of security to protect your data
One of our top priorities is protecting your personal data. This includes our secure Plan Advisor Services, website where we have data on your Clients. To ensure we continue to provide secure and reliable service, we’re adding Two-Step Verification to this site.
What to expect:
Starting in early December, when you log in, you’ll need to provide a minimum of one phone number or one email address (or one of each). We’ll use this information to authenticate your identification when you access the secure Plan Advisor site, by sending a one-time security code. Anytime Sun Life needs to confirm your identity at web sign in, we’ll email, text, or call with a one-time security code. To help answer some of your questions, we’ve prepared this FAQ.
New support team:
Support for logging in or password resets will now be handled by the Advisor Technology Services team. They are available for assistance Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm EST at 1-866-218-4335 or email mailto:PCAID@sunlife.com.
