Postal services may be disrupted: what next?

At Sun Life we are preparing for the possibility of a postal disruption due to ongoing labour negotiations.

We’re working to ensure we’re prepared for any scenario.

To minimize the impact of this on your Sun Life business, we encourage plan members to take advantage of our web and mobile app services. To do this, they can sign in or register for their Sun Life account. Information about this possible postal disruption is available on sunlife.ca. You can share this link with your employees.

Plan member account statements will be held for the duration of the lockout. Access to statements can be found online through mysunlife.ca (under Investments, select Statements).

Plan members may update their Paperless preference by signing in at mysunlife.ca. Using the drop-down options in the Profile icon (top right corner) they can click Paperless and update their selection to paperless.

Outgoing mail will be held in a safe and secure environment until this disruption is over.
