Postal services have come to a stop: what’s next?
At Sun Life we’re here to help minimize the impact of the postal disruption on your Sun Life business.
We’re encouraging plan members to take advantage of our web and mobile app services. To do this, they can sign in or register for their Sun Life account. Information about the postal disruption is available on sunlife.ca. You may share this message with your employees.
Plan member account statements will be held for the duration of the disruption. Access to statements can be found online through mysunlife.ca (under Investments, select Statements).
Plan members may update their Paperless preference by signing in at mysunlife.ca. Using the drop-down options in the Profile icon (top right corner) they can click Paperless and update their selection to paperless.
Outgoing mail will be held in a safe and secure environment until this disruption is over.
