Important update: new extension format to reach your GB SunAdvantage Client Service Specialist

We are writing to inform you of an important change. Our GB SunAdvantage Client Service is upgrading its communication system from Avaya to Amazon Connect on June 3, 2025.

Starting June 4, 2025:

• The current 4-digit extensions will be replaced by new 7-digit extensions.
• To reach your specialist, simply add “435” before their current 4-digit extension.

For example:

Old extension: 1234

New extension: 435-1234

The main phone number stays the same: 1-877-786-7227.

An automated message will be in place to remind callers about this change. We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this update to serve you better. Please make sure to update your records accordingly.
