Postal services have come to a stop: what’s next?

As of November 15, 2024, Canadian postal operations have come to a complete stop. Service to our Clients remains our top priority.

To minimize the impact of any service disruptions on your Sun Life business, we’re encouraging you and your plan members to stay connected with us digitally by:

  • Submitting claims online
  • Setting up Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), EFT or wire transfer payments for any payments you currently make by cheque
  • Submitting forms by fax or sending documents by courier.
