In December, we let you know about diabetes coaching with Lumino HealthTM Pharmacy1, provided by Pillway2. Coaching from a pharmacist will be available to plan members at no additional cost. This is the next phase in our ecosystem of health offerings to support you and your plan members.
Later this month, we’ll send an email directly to targeted plan members who actively claim for diabetes-related medication(s). This email aims to raise awareness about the service and encourage them to use it. Standard exclusions will apply for plan member communications.
