Reminder: We’re transitioning to Express Scripts Canada on March 1, 2023

In December, we confirmed March 1, 2023, as our transition date to Express Scripts Canada (ESC) for all Clients.
To help you support your Clients through this transition, you can refer to our ESC transition website. It includes a helpful FAQ with information on:

- Products, functionality and plan design.
Plan member communication
Our communication campaign to plan members will start February 8, 2023, and includes:
- Email to plan members
- Messaging on mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app
Following the transition to ESC, we’ll send a reminder email, starting March 1, 2023.

We’ve refreshed our communication toolkit so be sure to check it out. This is a resource your Clients can use to share details about the transition with their plan members.
