Our mobile app is getting a refresh
We’re making it easier for plan members to seamlessly manage their health, wealth, and protection needs using the my Sun Life mobile app. The updates aim to:
- Enhance the user experience.
- Improve self service options.
- Increase the value of employee benefits.
- Promote easier use of benefits plans.
- Support Client organizational goals.
We’ll push these updates to the my Sun Life mobile app at the beginning of June.
Introducing the Sun Life Health App
Later this year, we’re bringing together our Lumino Health Virtual Care and Lumino Health Pharmacy apps into one Sun Life Health app. Plan members will have access to an integrated health journey, making it easy to navigate their benefits plan.
With the new Sun Life Health app, plan members can prioritize their health, with the ability to:
- Access multiple health services in one place.
- Manage their health and book appointments using the app.
- Get online consultations.
- Have prescription medications delivered directly to their door.
These new updates will help plan members easily access the full value of their plans, while allowing them to effortlessly make choices to fit their unique needs.
We’ll be promoting these new mobile enhancements with plan members throughout the year.
