- Streamlined process for filing claims, checking coverage and making contributions.
- Easier to find benefit plan details:
- Increased awareness of available services and coverage through improved visibility.

Later this year, we’ll continue to enhance the mobile experience with a new integrated health-focused app that brings together the Sun Life Health ecosystem. Your employees will have access to an integrated health journey, making it easy to navigate their benefits plan.
Introducing the Sun Life Health App
We’re bringing together our Lumino Health Virtual Care and Lumino Health Pharmacy apps into one Sun Life Health app.
With the new Sun Life Health app, your employees can manage their health, with the ability to:
- Access multiple health services in one place.
- Manage their health and book appointments using the app.
- Get online consultations without leaving home.
- Have prescription medications delivered directly to their door.
These new updates will help your employees easily access the full value of their plans, while allowing them to effortlessly make choices to fit their unique needs.
We’ll be promoting these new mobile enhancements with plan members throughout the year.
