Additional flyers to help plan members use our digital channels

In May, we launched a web page outlining ways to help your Clients support their plan members when navigating mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app. 

We’ve created new flyers that help plan members to:

  • Submit a claim
  • Find their claim statement and coverage information

These flyers are all available in one place on our website. You can share them directly with your Clients either individually or as a collated zip file for them to use in their workplaces.

We’ll update the page as new resources become available.

We’ll share this information with plan sponsors in their next Focus Update.
