Group Retirement News will be taking a holiday break from December 16 to January 3. We won’t be sending any communications during this time. All communications will resume on January 6, 2025.

Please note the following holiday hours for the Client Care Centre and the Sponsor Business Centre:

Client Care Centre (CCC)

• December 24: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET
• December 31: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET
• December 25: Closed
• December 26: Closed
• January 1: Closed

Sponsor Business Centre (SBC)

• December 24: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET
• December 31: 8:30 a.m.to 3 p.m. ET
• December 25: Closed
• December 26: Closed
• January 1: Closed

CCC (GRS only) will be open on Saturday March 1, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
