In early 2026, will begin rolling out an updated onboarding experience for new plan members joining their workplace savings plan. This new innovative campaign is designed to transform the onboarding journey. This personalized, multi-channel approach will guide new plan members with setting up their plan, making it easier than ever for them to secure their financial future.

What makes this experience different

  • Personalized Journey: The experience adapts to each plan member’s pace, whether they prefer to dive right in or need more time.
  • Centralized Checklist: A simple, all-in-one dynamic webpage allows plan members to track their onboarding progress. They are encouraged to take important steps needed to set up their plans.
  • Flexible Progress: Plan members enrolling can start and stop the process anytime, picking up right where they left off.
  • Action-Oriented Guidance: Instead of just providing information, we’ll guide plan members to make decisions that will benefit them most. We’ll send plan members helpful emails along their enrolment journey.

This new approach will complement the current experience plan members are familiar with. The updated onboarding experience will be rolled out in phases to new plan members throughout 2026.
