New! You can now update a single member information on the sponsor secure site

After a successful pilot, we're excited to announce the launch of our new digital enhancement on the sponsor secure site. With the “View or update member information” feature you can view, edit, and make changes to an individual plan member’s information. This is the first of many new features to come in 2023 as part of our focus on enhancing the plan sponsor experience.

Where can I find the feature?

• Log in to the plan sponsor website using your Access ID and password. 
• Under “Administration,” click “Manage members.” 
• Select “View or update member information” and click “Next.”

To help you navigate this new experience, we’ve created a guide and an overview video. The video will be available on the feature’s page of the sponsor secure site.
