New Resource library: one centralized location for all plan administration documents

As part of our work to make plan sponsor secure site a go-to destination for you, we’ve created a centralized Resource library. This new page is a one-stop reference for all documents, guides and resources needed to support your group plan administration.

• Time-saving: Quickly find the documents and other resources you need.
• Timely support: Step-by-step user guides to help you navigate plan sponsor site tools and features.

What’s included

Our first release will be live on the plan sponsor secure site in late September and will include:

• Articles and publication resources, among them CAP guidelines, SOC 2 guidelines and Report on controls.
• User guides (Delegated access, Request centre).

In subsequent releases we’ll continue to add more user guides, links to helpful websites and additional resources to help you support plan members.
