Enrol a Member Re-Design

We’re excited to share some exciting changes on our GRS sponsor site. We’ve introduced an updated look for the “Enrol a Member” feature allowing for a stronger user experience. These updates aim to simplify the user journey for plan sponsors. These updates will be available to all Plan Sponsors who use the “Enrol a Member” feature on the GRS sponsor site today.

Our new interface offers an updated user experience, validations to ensure accurate data entry and other technical upgrades. These updates are now live.

What’s new?

Earlier this year, the Global Marketing team rolled out the Sun Life brand across the organization. Some of these visual traits included a focus on hard shadows and warm yellow tints along with uncluttered composition. We are proud to include these improvements in the Enrol a Member feature on the GRS Sponsor Site.

We encourage all sponsors to explore the enhanced features of our GRS sponsor site and take advantage of the benefits that come along with it. Our support team is readily available to provide any service to guide sponsors through this exciting transition or to provide access to this feature.
