Encouraging Clients to use Request Centre

Request Centre was designed to help our Clients keep track of all their plan administration activities and requests organized in one spot. Clients who are already using it say it drives greater efficiency and convenience into their plan administration. We don’t want any of our plan sponsors to miss out on this great solution and strongly encourage them to start using it, if they haven’t already started. To continue nudging our Clients to check out the Request Centre, we’ll send a standalone email (you can find a copy of it here) on November 14.

We’ll also add banners with Request Centre ads on GRS overview page and the Plan Sponsor sign in page.
