We transitioned your plan from paper to digital and encourage you to use the great features available to you on our Plan Sponsor Services website. It's easier than ever to administer your plan. Best of all, it allows your members to enrol quickly and easily, anytime, anywhere!
Using online features on the sponsor secure site will:
- Enhance the member experience, allowing your members to enrol online and get the most out of their workplace savings plan.
- Help you save time and manual effort. No need to chase after paper forms!
- Give you access to digital services and reports on demand.
How does it work?
You send us new hire information on the secure plan sponsor site, and then, your members will be able to enrol in their plan digitally. In addition, you’ll be able to make quick edits to individual member accounts when needed.
Step 1: Add an eligible member (use Enrol a Member or Demographic File Upload feature).
▸ This will trigger an email for the member to complete online enrolment (using ENROL).
Step 2: Check online enrolment report to confirm members have completed enrolment.
Step 3: View the Payroll report.
Step 4: Start payroll deductions and submit contributions to Sun Life.
