Did you know that there are ways to process your member contributions more quickly and easily?

1. Setting up pre-authorized withdrawal (PAW)

You can set up PAW to process your contributions automatically overnight. To do this, you just need to connect your bank account to your profile. It takes a few easy steps: 

• Sign in to the site at sunlife.ca/sponsor, using your access ID and password.
• Select Group Retirement Services 
• Select Add/change banking information from the Administration dropdown menu.

With the PAW set up, you can view up to 13 months of your transaction history.

2. Using the “Enter member contributions” feature

“Enter member contributions” available on the secure Sponsor site will help you save time and manual effort. As well, this online feature will increase accuracy of the information entered to the system.

What are the key advantages of the feature?

• The information you enter into the system processes immediately (provided your PAW information has been added to your plan). No need to wait for your Sun Life representative to enter the data you’ve provided by mail or email.
• You can easily monitor and view historical contributions.
• You’ll know when your deposits have been completed.
• It’s easy, safe and accurate!

Where can I find this feature?

• Log in to the plan sponsor website using your Access ID and password.
• Under “Administration,” click “Enter member contributions.”
