That’s why we’ve added new digital updates to the my Sun Life mobile app which include:

  1. Paramedical appointment durations: We’ve created a new paramedical appointment duration setting where you and your plan members can add different time slots (30, 60, 90 minutes or custom times) when making a claim.
  2. Integrating Lumino Provider Search: Plan members can now search for their provider without having to manually enter information such as an address or phone number when making medical and vision claims. This helps resolve claims quicker, with fewer errors, while helping plan members save time.

This closes the gap between web and mobile as now both interfaces will have the same settings. These additions are part of our continuous improvement to deliver the best possible digital experience.
