Members can submit a claim online in just a few clicks

Starting July 9, we will launch a paper to digital claims campaign to encourage members to submit claims online through mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app. This online tool reduces claim process time and paper waste. The emails for this campaign will be deployed on the first of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend), between July 9 and January 2.
What will plan members receive as part of this campaign?
- an email,
- a message in the benefits contextual zone on mysunlife.ca,
- a notification on the my Sun Life mobile app.
