Insights from 2024

January 30, 2025

We’re excited to share our 2024 summary – Leveraging insights to provide you with Best in Health Solutions.  It highlights the meaningful results from solutions we’ve provided to help support the health and well-being of your employees.

Here are some trends we’ve seen over the past year:

  • Women need greater support – 3 out of 4 women experience menopausal symptoms that interfere with their daily lives.1
  • We need more focus on chronic disease health solutions – Today, almost 45.1% of Canadians live with at least one major chronic disease.2 This comes at a high cost.
  • The Diabetes Care program helps – Approximately 8 in 10 Program participants have seen their sensor-derived A1C improve or are achieving guideline-recommended target.3

Some of the topics you’ll find in the report include:

  • Chronic disease research and supports
  • Closing health gaps
  • Improving workplace disability outcomes
  • Mental health solutions

Exciting things coming in 2025!

Women’s health: Supporting women’s health in the workplace remains a key priority for us. In 2025 we’ll be making additions to our core and optional benefits to help women get better support.

Mental health: Promoting a psychologically safe workplace is crucial. In 2025, we’ll be enhancing our existing solutions and introducing new topics in our manager training toolkit.

We thank you for your support over the past year. Heading into 2025, we're more committed than ever to providing Best in Health solutions for you and your employees.
