Enhancing the plan member benefits experience on mysunlife.ca

We're enhancing the mysunlife.ca landing page to deliver a more intuitive experience for your plan members. The “Benefits” navigation page is being redesigned and renamed “Health,” and other essential features will be reorganized for easier access.

This updated layout will help simplify navigation for plan members accessing their coverage information. These changes are scheduled to go live on March 29.

From the “Health” page, plan members will be able to:

  • Access coverage information. Plan members will be able to easily find their coverage information in the “Coverage Search” section. They’ll be able to choose who the coverage is for, search for the coverage type, or use the "View all coverage" link if needed.
  • Access enrolment. A new enrolment quick link will provide easier access.
  • Submit a claim. To start a new claim, plan members will be able to access the “New claim” section. There, they'll see a list of claim types available in their plan.
  • Find claim statements. Plan members will be able to find claim statements using the “Claims activity” section at the bottom of the mysunlife.ca landing page. This section will allow users to refine claim results using the “filter” button, sort by date, claimant, or claim type. Plan members will also be able to access disability and drug claim links.

The focus on improving the user experience simplifies access to essential features, enabling plan members to quickly access coverage details, submit claims, review their claims statements, and much more.
