Coming in April: the e-beneficiary plan member campaign

On April 28, we’ll relaunch a digital beneficiary campaign that previously ran in April 2024, to encourage plan members to add a beneficiary for eligible benefits. This online Group Benefits self-serve tool also reduces the paper form process.

How will we alert plan members during this campaign?

• Plan members who have no beneficiary named to their benefits will receive an email.
• An interstitial message and active alert tile on the mysunlife.ca home page will remind plan members to name a beneficiary. The message and the alert tile will drive them to the Personal Information page.
