The new Lumino Provider Search features include more filtering options and attributes. Users will now be able to sort provider profiles by:
- gender
- professional designation
- facility amenities and more.
They can also filter by conditions treated, services offered, and by clientele type, such as LGBTQ2+.
These new filtering features are available now on Lumino Provider Search on web and will be available on mobile by May 31.
Lumino Health will add more features to Lumino Provider Search starting in July, including keyword search. This update will let users search for a provider by their name or specialty. They can also search by conditions treated and services offered.
Lumino Provider Search is available to your employees through mysunlife.ca and the my Sun Life mobile app. Provider search is also available to all people living in Canada on luminohealth.sunlife.ca.
