• check our delisted providers on the secure Plan Sponsor Services site
• do their research to verify that the vendor is a registered business
• not do business with vendors who offer inappropriate incentives or waive out-of-pocket costs

Our Fraud Risk Management team continues to develop and review systems and processes to quickly detect and delist fraudulent providers to help Plan Sponsors stay vigilant.
