Today, we officially expanded our strategic partnership, solidifying our deal to acquire Dialogue. Dialogue is a Canadian leader in the emerging, high-growth market of employer digital health solutions.

What this means for your Clients

There will be no changes or disruptions for any of your Clients.

Dialogue will continue to operate as a separate company. They’ll maintain their own products, processes, people, systems, and brand.

  • Clients who offer Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue - will continue to receive the same 24/7 access to the digital health tools that they do today.
