How to check your investments on Alexa

Here’s how you can check your workplace investments

Features available to you will vary based on your plan, policy or contract. Check out your Employee benefits booklet for full details of eligible expenses under your plan.

  1. First, make sure you have enabled the Sun Life skill from the my Sun life mobile app or from within the Alexa mobile app.
  2. Open the Sun Life skill by saying, “Alexa, open Sun Life.”
  3. To hear your details, you’ll need to say your 4-digit voice security PIN. Please use caution when saying your PIN as people nearby may overhear you.
  4. Once you log in, you can check your investments.
    • Check your balance.
      • You can ask, “Check my workplace investments.”
    • Get personal rate of return for your workplace investments.
      • You can ask, “What is the rate of return of my workplace investments?”
    • Check your product balance.
      • You can ask, “Check my RRSP balance.”
